HOW TO USE — Instructions for the product page

• Apply as the FINAL step in your morning skincare routine, after all serums and moisturisers.
• Apply to face, neck, ears, and all exposed skin at least 15 minutes before sun exposure.
• Use approximately ¼ teaspoon (1.25ml) for the face alone — most people under-apply SPF, significantly reducing its protection.
• Reapply every 2 hours during outdoor exposure, or immediately after swimming or sweating.
• For the body: apply generously — the EU requires 2mg/cm² for SPF testing; under-application dramatically reduces actual SPF.
• Do not rely on SPF in foundation or BB cream as your sole sun protection.
