HOW TO USE — Instructions for the product page

• Use once or twice weekly — NOT for daily use (excess protein can cause brittleness).
• After shampooing, squeeze excess water from hair.
• Apply generously from roots to ends, paying special attention to the most damaged areas (typically ends and bleached sections).
• Cover with a shower cap and apply gentle heat with a hair dryer for 5–10 minutes OR leave at room temperature for 20–30 minutes.
• Rinse thoroughly with cool water (cool water closes the cuticle, maximising smoothness).
• Follow with a light leave-in conditioner or hair oil if needed.
• IMPORTANT: Alternate weekly with a moisture-focused treatment (not protein) to maintain protein-moisture balance.
